Your mission:

Design and build software with a focus on quality.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Consistently develop and deliver high-quality work with a high focus on quality
• Work closely with client teams to deliver complex components in a deadline-driven environment and help teams identify optimal technical solutions
• Lead by example through the implementation of challenging and complex components
• Foster best practices and maintain regular reporting and work progress
• Communicate and share information with other team members and stakeholders
• Be open-minded & proactive; don’t settle for what is required
• Ensure quality through adherence to technical best practices, mentorship, and feedback
• Mentor less experienced colleagues

Experience, Qualifications, Technologies and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience
• Formal education in programming (Bachelor, Master, PhD)
• A highly technical person with good handling of .Net Core language, Entity Framework, MS SQL, Azure Cosmos DB
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Strong knowledge of Service-Oriented Programming (SOP)
• Experience with RESTful API development
• Proficient with .Net Core, C#, ASP.Net and JavaScript
• Experience with Blazor
• Experience with writing Unit Tests, Integration Tests
• Experience developing in Cloud-based environments, preferably Azure
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Experience with relational database design and SQL Server development
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Good English communication skills
• Proactive problem solver (Rolling up sleeves and helping whenever needed)
• Able to quickly understand the nature of the business
• Ability to perform well in and adapt to a fast-paced environment
