The Role
You own the demand side of our talent business. Your relationships with technology leaders become the engagements our engineers are built for. You'll be focused, trusted, and given the room to build a book of business that’s entirely yours.
You’ll thrive here if you
Have a strong network of CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and tech leaders who trust your recommendations
Love opening doors: you're energized by building new relationships and deepening existing ones
Run on your own fuel: you create structure where there isn't one and see that as the opportunity
Come from B2B tech services or tech staffing and understand how engineering teams think
Want your income to reflect your output, with real upside when you perform
Have a technical background or genuine curiosity about how software gets built
